Dr Joel Rainwater, MD has over 21 years experience as a board-certified interventional radiologist.
He received his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. His residency was in diagnostic radiology at Duke University Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. Before joining the team at Mesa Arizona's Associated Radiologists, he completed a fellowship in interventional radiology.
In addition to receiving Compassionate Doctor Recognition, the On-Time Doctor Award, and the Patients' Choice Award, Dr. Rainwater also received Phoenix Magazine's Top Doctors Award for a number of years.
He has owned and established several outpatient-based medical practices. Currently he serves as the founder and Chief Medical Officer of the Comprehensive Integrated Care offices in Arizona, Oregon, and Utah.
